Terms & Billing

Tri-Venture helps you build and complete a three-part day — move, play, venture — using suggested activities and places near your ZIP code. It is a planning and motivation tool, not a coaching, medical, or safety service.

You need an account to use the app. Keep your sign-in details private, give accurate information, and use the service only for lawful, personal purposes. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or harass other members.

• Membership is $9.00 USD per month or $39.00 USD per year.
• Both plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• The optional 7-day free trial requires a payment method up front. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan you chose begins and your card is charged. One trial per account.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Prices may change with advance notice before your next renewal.

You can cancel anytime from Your Area in the app. Cancellation stops all future charges and ends member access immediately — there is no partial-period access after cancellation, and fees already paid are not prorated or refunded except where required by law. If you were charged in error or something clearly went wrong, email support@gotriventures.com and we will make it right.

Venue details, hours, and activity ideas are generated from third-party data and AI and can be wrong or out of date. Verify anything important before you go. You participate in all activities at your own risk and are responsible for your own health, safety, and compliance with local rules. Consult a physician before starting new physical activity.

Logs, custom Tris, and ideas you create remain yours. By posting to the regional leaderboard you allow us to display your chosen display name, region, and points to other members. You can remove your data by deleting your account.

Features may change or be discontinued as the product grows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tri-Venture is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
